The key to success for me in this project was that we together managed to shift the focus from the technology pillar to the pillars of people and organization during the project, so that we were able to make the necessary changes in the transition to DataOps practices.

In the land of the blind, Teamvalue brought back sight — clarity in our complex data structures, quickly and without hassle.

We did not need a paper reality, but something that really works in practice. With TeamValue's approach, we have achieved structure and workability together. A foundation that strengthens us now and in the future!

The collaboration with Teamvalue and the consultant in particular exceeded expectations. Initially, we thought we would create one integration as a proof of concept. Thanks to the generic approach, all types of sources could be unlocked. This, in combination with the continuous transfer of knowledge, ensured that the team can continue independently.

My initial skepticism about the term “trusted advisor” disappeared during our collaboration, where it was proven that this is not a marketing term, but a reality. Our team is enriched with high-quality expertise that is not only involved, but also takes responsibility and does not shy away from the critical discussion.

I wanted to get more out of the Development department and be able to deliver more predictably. Anouchka came in here and it clicked immediately. The nice thing about her is that she is very straight and 'to the point'.
