Where the (pre) love for management originated

Colleague Matthijs van de Hoek: “I fell in love with this field because it gives me great satisfaction in helping people (see the end of Monthy Python's Meaning of Life). My dad was always into electronics so I'm guessing it was instilled in me as a child... I grew up with technology and that love never went away. The opportunities to learn and, above all, to solve problems and provide service give me great satisfaction. Why we're still in love with smart monitoring

Why still in love with smart monitoring? “Simple answer! You just never get tired of it,” says Matthijs. “Fellow Support Engineers who are involved in management can certainly confirm it. Every day, we solve another puzzle, allowing the customer and its end users to continue with their business. And why am I in love with smart monitoring? Because management can also be done differently! That's how I experienced that at TeamValue. Here, we work with the Azure Cloud, work scrum and give dashboards real value. The business understands what the numbers and graphs mean. Normally, you can view which 'alerts' are going off and what lessons you can learn from them from multiple environments. At Bizure, I am able to act proactively and be ahead of any issues. How do we do that? By sticking to the latest techniques, applying cloud principles and combining them with AI solutions. The value of my work to clients? They are scalable, cost-efficient, flexible and, above all, happy with our “no hassle' mentality. And that's what I'm ultimately doing it for”.
