Kahn’s first 100 days: "I felt like part of the team right from the start."
A fresh start always brings a lot of new impressions. But for Kahn, who joined TeamValue as a BI Consultant, it felt more like coming home and getting straight to work on something meaningful. In no time at all, he got to know his colleagues, clients, and the company culture.
Settling in, getting to know everyone, and making an impact right away
Kahn looks back on his first few weeks at TeamValue with a big smile. He felt seen and supported from day one: “I found my first days at TeamValue to be both fun and a great learning experience. I was well looked after by my buddy, Ton, and had a clear onboarding plan.”
On his first day, he was given plenty of space to settle in and find his way around TeamValue. By the next day, his first internal assignment was already waiting: a report to support the invoicing process. Not just a practice project, but something that would actually be used. “I loved that I could dive straight into building something and create a report that would really be put to use.”

Projects that fit who he is as a BI Consultant
Kahn’s first 100 days were packed with a wide variety of tasks. After his internal invoicing report, he started working at the PO-Raad, where he began as a functional tester. Soon, more responsibilities came his way: supporting product owners and even taking on the full role of product owner for a few weeks. A huge compliment!
On internal days, he worked on a Service Delivery Report for Proximus NXT and an internal RAG report, and he even designed and implemented an expansion to the existing RAG structure. He also teamed up with Albert to develop a Purview report for TeamValue and several clients.
And there was more: he joined Michelle at Windesheim to recruit new graduates. A great opportunity to represent TeamValue.
Personal development: learning, getting certified, and finding his path
In his first few months, Kahn wasted no time in working on his own development. He earned his PSM1 and AZ900 certifications and is now working on his PL300 to further deepen his Power BI knowledge. He also actively chatted with experienced colleagues to figure out which direction within BI suits him best.
His growth plan for the next six months is now set. It’s a concrete plan, exactly the way he likes it: clear, goal-oriented, and full of steps that get him excited.
The power of TeamValue: fun, engagement, and teamwork
When you ask Kahn about his favorite moments, he doesn’t have to think twice: the TeamN8s. From barbecues to escaping an escape room together, these are the moments where you get to know your colleagues in a different way and the team spirit really grows.
And how does he feel about his choice to join TeamValue now, 100 days later? “Yeah, they really do deliver on their promises.” In fact, he felt so at home that he referred a good friend, who is now a colleague too. We thought that was so awesome that we gave him a nice referral bonus.
