In conversation with Marco van der Steijle, Service Delivery Manager Bizure

Bizure has a new website. Clear, professional and stronger than ever in terms of content. Behind the scenes, the organization has grown considerably in recent years and the new site now also makes that development visible on the outside. We speak Marco, responsible for Bizure, about the innovation, ambitions and what distinguishes Bizure from other parties.

Why a new website, and why now?
Marco: “Bizure has grown rapidly over the past period: in team, customers and content. Our old website did not show that enough. We wanted to make our services clearer and show that cloud management can also be done differently. Less reactive, more 'planned' and proactive. With the new site, we are making that difference tangible.”

What do you mean by “planning work” in cloud management?
“A lot of cloud management is ad hoc. Something happens, and then you're going to fix it. We're turning it around. We look ahead, identify risks early and work structurally to improve. We do this via proactive management. For example, through monthly analyses on security, costs and quality. Of course, we also work with tickets, but that's only part of it. The real difference lies in what we do before anything goes wrong.”

How do you translate that into practice?
“We're sending five axes: security, quality, cost control, resilience and no hassle'. The latter was deliberately chosen: we want to bring peace of mind to customers' operations. No surprises, no endless follow-up, just well arranged. And we also measure that via XLAs (eXperience Level Agreement), rather than just SLAs. Our current XLA score is 6.5 out of 7, which says something about how customers experience us when working together, not just about availability or response time.”

What makes Bizure different from other parties in this regard?
“Many parties provide reactive support or just capacity. We take control, combine ticket-driven work with proactive management, and translate that into strategic insight. In addition, we structurally contribute Azure knowledge, and also safeguard that knowledge within the customer environment. That's something we often hear: we not only bring an overview, but also expertise, and that stays.”

You also work with an innovation fund. What about that exactly?
“True. 1% of the CSP invoice from our management customers automatically goes into a innovation fund for the customer. In fact, this is an extra IT budget, without additional investment. Customers can use this for optimizations, small innovations or support from Bizure or other labels within TeamValue. Think of automating manual processes, extra monitoring, or a workshop.

Recently, you also became an IsoPlanner partner. What is its purpose?
“Many customers want to better integrate their ISO 27001 assurance into Microsoft 365. ISO Planner helps with this: it makes tasks, logging and documentation clear and transparent. As an IsoPlanner partner, we can help to set up these processes technically and link them to daily management.”

How does Bizure fit into TeamValue Group?
“Bizure is part of a bigger picture. Within TeamValue Group, we work closely with specialists in the field of software development, data, security and strategy. For customers, this means: one partner that brings together multiple areas of expertise. We work together in projects, exchange knowledge and strengthen each other where necessary.

Where Bizure focuses on the daily management and optimization of Azure and Microsoft 365, customers can also count on the Trusted Advisors by TeamValue. They support at a strategic level with issues related to data & AI, cloud strategy and business transformation. In this way, we combine operational control with a long-term vision, and we ensure that technology and organization develop in coherence.”

Finally: what do you hope visitors will take away from the new site?
“That cloud management does not have to be a final item. It can be done structurally, transparently and strategically. And that Bizure makes a difference there, by working really differently with a focus on collaboration, value and results.”
