By unleashing our creativity on technology and at the same time being connected to the business, we increase our value. Nowadays, we are looking for people who have IT skills and who also enjoy giving workshops, for example. Because technology alone won't solve your IT problem. We are looking for new BI colleagues who want to work with the latest techniques, are interested in Power BI and Azure Machine Learning, but are also trained in soft skills. Women in IT still under-represented

You can see it above. Xander and Stephan are men. Fortunately, TeamValue has a diverse team and employs (currently) 19 colleagues, five women, including three in IT. Like Techionista, we stand for diversity, empowering women in our market and we have already met a number of students via Techionista that we are very enthusiastic about. So we thought: act by word. We can't wait to welcome you to the team. But not only women, of course, everyone should be able to be themselves because we believe that a team with not necessarily like-minded people in technology, personality, background is more powerful and achieves better results.

Vivianne Bendermacher, Founder of Techionista says: “We don't have time to wait for the new generation to close the gender gap. If we don't enrich women with ICT skills now and retrain them into future-proof tech jobs; gender diversity in the labor market will only continue to decline.”

We can only join that. And it is precisely this hands-on approach and the cooperation that Techionista is looking for with the Microsoft Azure Academy that is also a check for us that the technical level is up to par and is in line with the market.
