We are the TeamValue Group. Bizure, part of the TeamValue Group, is an experienced Modern Service Management (MSM) organization specifically focused on the Microsoft Azure platform and all Microsoft Azure platform services. By proactively organizing our management, we offer continuity to both IT and the business.

For MSM monitoring, Bizure uses TeamNow (a Microsoft Azure certified BI application — our agile management game), a service desk and online portal to report, track and unsubscribe questions, incidents and changes. Bizure works through an eXperience Level Agreement (XLA) that includes Service Level Reporting. By using the XLA, we focus on the customer experience of our services.

TeamValue is the consultancy and project label within the group, which focuses on Azure Cloud services, BI and Business Transformation. All from 1 family. Our Ohana.
